Fidelity Migration Services (ABN 51 938 579 988) ("we", "us", "our") is a registered migration agency based in Brisbane, Australia. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

• Payment information (processed securely via Square)
• SMS opt-in consent status

4. How We Use Your Information

Your personal information is used solely to:

• Prepare and deliver your Service Agreement
• Provide migration and visa advisory services
• Communicate about your case via email, phone, or SMS (with consent)
• Process payments for services rendered
• Comply with Australian legal and regulatory obligations

정보 사용 목적: 귀하의 개인정보는 서비스 계약서 작성, 이민 및 비자 자문 서비스 제공, 이메일/전화/SMS를 통한 케이스 연락, 서비스 결제 처리 및 호주 법률과 규제 의무 사항 준수를 위해서만 사용됩니다.

5. Disclosure of Information & Cross-Border Data

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We may disclose information to third parties only where required by law, or to trusted service providers who assist us in operating our services (e.g., secure email, cloud storage, and SMS gateways), subject to strict confidentiality obligations. Some of our third-party service providers may store data on servers located outside of Australia. We ensure these providers comply with equivalent privacy standards.

6. Use of Automated Tools

We may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence services provided by third parties, to assist with internal quality review of documents we prepare for clients. Where such tools are used, information is transmitted to the provider for that purpose only. It is not used to make decisions about a client's application, and all advice remains the responsibility of the registered migration agent.

We do not use these tools to generate immigration advice. Any provider we use is bound by confidentiality and data security obligations consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Where information is processed outside Australia, we handle it in accordance with Australian Privacy Principle 8.

7. Data Security & Retention

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data is transmitted using secure, encrypted connections (SSL/TLS).

In accordance with section 56 of the Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021, we are required to keep client files for a period of 7 years after the last action on the file. After this period, your data will be securely destroyed.
